The online mattress brand GhostBed has come out with their very own Adjustable Base. There are many different adjustable bases hitting the market by different companies at the moment. GhostBed Adjustable Bed Construction:

The adjustable base by GhostBed has a flat grey base with an anti-skid decking. The frame for this adjustable base is made out of 100% steel, making this a very solid and strong base.

Even the retaining bar (the piece at the foot of the bed which keeps the mattress in place) is made out of steel. The bed also has two recessed massage units allowing different zones for massage. The weight limitations of this base is up to 750lbs, this includes the weight of the mattress.

GhostBed Adjustable Base Ease of Use:

From set up to massage features, this is a rather simple adjustable base to use. The remote control is wireless and very simple to use. I would even consider it intuitive to use. Although you will find that the design for the standard or split base will look and work slightly differently.

Set up was not too difficult but we would suggest having at least two sets of hands to get that done.

GhostBed Adjustable Frame Value:

In general, adjustable bases tend to cost a pretty penny. So while the Adjustable GhostBed Base is going to cost more than your average bed frame. It is actually a great price when you compare it to other adjustable bases with similar construction and features.

Trial Period & Warranty:

Like we mentioned briefly earlier, GhostBed does not offer any kind of trial period on their Adjustable Base. While this is not unusual for adjustable bases, it is something to take note of when deciding to make your purchase.

Compatible Ghostbed Mattresses:

GhostBed mentions that their Original GhostBed and their GhostBed Luxe mattresses are the best beds out of their collection to be used with an adjustable base. Both are all foam mattresses and easily adjust to the settings of an adjustable bed frame. Making them perfect to use with the GhostBed adjustable base.

They also offer two hybrid, or innerspring mattresses too. And while both the GhostBed Flex and 3D Matrix are also compatible with an adjustable base, they may not be quite as flexible as their all foam counterparts. Making them good options, but not the best.
