We recommend the higher loft size for our side sleepers. While the lower loft size is best for stomach sleepers. If you primarily sleep on your back, then you are in luck. Most back sleepers will find either loft size comfortable. In this case we would go off of support, if you want your head and neck higher than for the high option, otherwise stick with the lower loft.
